What is the Hybrid Workout™?
It is a new approach to fitness that starts from where you are
emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Personal Training and/or Group Exercise classes are available.
This multi-joint and multi-planer workout combines various
calisthenics. That means, you use movement exercises that
utilizes full range of motion and moves in areas that you move
in life - not just front and sides but in circles, angles, etc.
In addition, the Hybrid Workout™ comes with fitness and
wellness coaching. The lessons you learn can be applied
in other areas of your life. Besides losing weight and
becoming fit, you can improve other parts of your life as well.
The Hybrid Workout™ is specifically geared towards fitness,
health, balance, and wellness without using any fancy
equipment or gadgets. All you need is YOU.
Participants learn to exercise with relaxed awareness –
creating an optimum space to increase flexibility, tone muscles
and strengthen core muscles. All of this helps to prevent
injury and increase well being.
