What is a Hybrid Workout™?
It is a new paradigm (think out of the box) in working out,
created by me Pio J. Cabada.
This multi-joint and multi-planer workout combines various
calisthenics and movement methodologies and modalities .
Hybrid Workout™ is specifically geared towards maintaining
fitness, health, balance, and wellness without using any
fancy equipments or gadgets. All you need is YOU.
Participants learn to breathe with relaxed awareness,
prevent injury, increase flexibility, tone muscles, and
strengthen core muscles.
